Rooftop Yoga at The Bell Tower

Begin your morning with a beautifully balanced 75-minute yoga experience held exclusively on the breathtaking Observation Deck of The Bell Tower before opening hours. This signature session, led by Jane Lee Lewis, blends two complementary styles into one seamless heart opening practice:

  • Vinyasa Flow – Energise & Strengthen
A dynamic, breath-led flow designed to build strength, mobility and flexibility. Move through fluid sequences, sun salutations, balancing postures and deep stretches that awaken the body and focus the mind.
  • Yin Yoga – Release & Restore
Settle into stillness with gentle long held floor-based postures that target deep connective tissues. This grounding practice supports joint health, eases tension and encourages a profound sense of calm, perfect for softening stress, quieting the mind and restoring emotional wellbeing.

Together, Vin & Yin create a complete, harmonising practice that leaves you feeling uplifted, centered and deeply relaxed.

Each class is unique, with Jane thoughtfully tailoring the practice to the individual needs of the group. With over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Jane brings a functional and heartfelt approach to yoga, offering grounded presence, intuitive guidance and a deep understanding of the body-mind connection. She is passionate about sharing this practice and helping others experience the incredible benefits that yoga has to offer.
